MISSION STATEMENT:
Essex County SWCD is dedicated to the preservation of soil and water resources. The District’s goal is to work with landowners, municipalities, agricultural producers and the public toward the improvement of water quality, resource protection, and the implementation of best management practices. The District will implement projects and programs to further this goal and to enhance the quality of life in Essex County.
